How this diagnostic works

When you book, you’ll share the URL of the offer you want us to focus on and give me a little context about what has been happening.

Before we meet, I’ll spend time with the offer properly, moving through it as one of your potential clients would. Then, during our 60-minute session, we’ll walk the path they take from first finding your work to deciding whether to buy.

During our session we’ll look at three key things:

  1. How the right people find your offer: what currently leads towards it and whether there is a clear connection between your wider body of work and what you are selling.

  2. Can they justify buying it? We’ll look at whether the offer is specific enough, whether the outcome and finish line are clear, and whether a potential client can understand why this is worth paying for now.

  3. Do they know what to do next? We’ll look at what happens once someone becomes interested. Does the next step suit their level of readiness? Is there an obvious route towards becoming a buyer.

Somewhere along that path, people may be hesitating, drifting away or failing to understand the value clearly enough. The purpose of the diagnostic is to locate that point.
