Create a Tiny Course

Translate your client work into an impactful course that creates leveraged income and serves more people — without more client facing time

For coaches, consultants, and practitioners who want to structure their expertise into a teachable framework.

What if your income didn’t always require your live presence?

And your clients could move through your process or methodology in their own time, in a way that fits their life. It would mean you no longer need to keep repeating the same conversations, explaining the same concepts, or holding everything live.

That’s the beauty of a tiny course. It can sit alongside your higher-level work, prepare clients before they work with you, or support group programs, while freeing up your time and energy.

You’ve been wanting to create a course for a while — here’s why that hasn’t happened yet

Your brain goes in ten different directions at once, and as your course idea grows, so does the amount of content you want to include. You think about everything someone might want to know and all the extras you don’t want to leave out.

Then you’re left trying to make sense of it all. Where do you even start, what would you include versus leave out, and how do you shape this into something someone would clearly say yes to?

So you put the idea down for a while. Later you come back to it, maybe open a doc or a slide deck… and then it sits there for months, or even years.

What you need is a simple process to follow, with guardrails that help you build around something specific and achievable, and actually publish your course.

From there, you can gradually build a suite of tiny courses, instead of trying to fit everything into one.

  • "I’m thrilled to have launched my first course and even started on the second one!"

I simply followed Dani’s framework without questioning it, which allowed me to focus on the creative aspects and get my course done. — Nora Rose Zinerman, Brand Nora Rose Zinerman

  • "I had been stuck on how to create an online version of my workshop."

Create a Tiny Course provided clear instructions and accountability, allowing me to focus on creating. Now, I’ve launched a course I’m proud of and achieved my goal! — Honey Atkinson, Photographer

How you’ll go from idea to a published tiny course

This is the step-by-step process you’ll follow to shape and publish your course without getting lost in everything you could include.

  • Name The Outcome Your Course Supports

Define one clear outcome your course will support, so the benefit of buying is immediately recognisable.

  • Craft Your Course Outline

Map the key steps that lead to that outcome, giving your course a clear structure to build on.

  • Build Your Course Curriculum

Develop the teaching points and implementation for each step, focusing only on what’s needed to move someone forward.

  • Design Your Course Container

Design a student container that supports completion, fits your capacity and takes into account sales tax implications.

  • Create Your Lesson Slides and Record

Translate your curriculum into simple lesson slides and record your content without overcomplicating the process.

  • Price, Host and Sell Your Course

Make decisions around pricing, choose where to host your course, and create a clear sales page.

Why Learn From Dani Gardner?

I’ve built a suite of tiny courses

Tiny courses have played a major role in making my business financially sustainable and less reliant on 1:1 work.

Several of them have also gone on to become part of a larger body of work that now supports my signature program.

I know how to keep this simple

I’ve taken what can easily become a sprawling course idea and distilled it into a clear step-by-step process.

So instead of trying to include everything, you’ll focus on what matters, make clean decisions, and build something people can actually move through.

I care about what’s sustainable

I’m here to help you build a course that is sustainable to deliver.

I want you to create something that supports your students, fits your capacity, and can play a useful role in the wider scope of your body of work.

Create a Tiny Course is for you if:

  • Your income is still closely tied to your time, and you want a course that can create more leverage in your business.

  • You’ve been circling a course idea for a while, but it keeps feeling too big, too messy, or hard to pin down.

  • You tend to include too much when you teach, and you’re ready to simplify your thinking so the course is clearer and easier to finish.

  • You want to build something from work you already do well, rather than inventing a whole new body of content.

  • You want a clear, grounded process to follow so this course actually gets made and out into the world.

What happens when you enrol

  • Receive your login details

After enrolling, you'll receive your login details by email so you can enter the Student Hub. If you don't receive any emails within 15 minutes, check your spam folder.

  • Settle into the space

Begin by exploring the Student Hub, where you can read introductions from others and share a little about yourself if you feel called to.

  • Access the lessons

You’ll need to submit your course outline for feedback to progress through the course.

This pacing is intentional, your message is the foundation everything else gets built on, so it pays to ground it before you build on top of it.
