Create a Tiny Course

- With Me

Finish your tiny course and be ready to sell it, with me alongside you as you build.

This is a small, contained group (up to 8 participants) where you create your tiny course with guidance at key stages. You’ll follow a clear structure, and we meet at specific points to look at what you’ve built, make decisions, and keep things moving.

When you say yes to accountability, you say yes to success

You can absolutely Create a Tiny Course on your own. But if you’re anything like me, you know that being inside a structured, facilitated container changes how you show up.

You make the time to do the work, you stay with it, and you move things forward in a way that can be hard to do when it’s just you.

It means that instead of thinking about your course for months (or years), you actually finish it — and have something real to offer and sell.

The Structure

This runs as a simple 7-week container that carries you from idea to finished course. Each week has a focus, so you always know what to prioritise.

  • Week 1 — Course Briefing Call: I’ll walk you through the process and set your focus for the first two weeks.

  • Week 2 — Submit Your Course Outline: You’ll submit your course outline for review prior to building out your curriculum.

  • Week 3 — Build Your Curriculum: You’ll begin building your curriculum by setting aside focused time to expand your outline into a clear, complete structure. Plan to block 1–2 focused days this week and the next to get this done.

  • Week 4 — Build Your Curriculum + Group Call: We meet with your curriculum largely complete. We’ll use the call to make key decisions, simplify your structure, and shape how your course is held.

  • Week 5 — Create Your Teaching Materials: you’ll begin creating your teaching materials by translating your curriculum into a full first version of your lesson slides. Plan to block 1–2 focused days across this week and next to move this forward.

  • Week 6 — Create Your Teaching Materials + Group Call: We meet with your slides largely complete. We’ll simplify your delivery, support your recording decisions, and help you move into recording with clarity.

  • Week 7 — Prepare To Publish Your Course + Group Call: We meet to discuss pricing, positioning, and selling your course. I'll also provide feedback on the groups completed sales pages.

  • "I’m thrilled to have launched my first course and even started on the second one!"

I simply followed Dani’s framework without questioning it, which allowed me to focus on the creative aspects and get my course done. — Nora Rose Zinerman, Brand Nora Rose Zinerman

  • "I had been stuck on how to create an online version of my workshop"

Create a Tiny Course provided clear instructions and accountability, allowing me to focus on creating. Now, I’ve launched a course I’m proud of and achieved my goal! — Honey Atkinson, Photographer

How you’ll go from idea to a published tiny course

This is the step-by-step process you’ll follow to shape and publish your course, without overloading it or second-guessing what to include,

  • Name The Outcome Your Course Supports

Define one clear outcome your course will support, so the benefit of buying is immediately recognisable.

  • Craft Your Course Outline

Map the key steps that lead to that outcome, giving your course a clear structure to build on.

  • Build Your Course Curriculum

Develop the teaching points and implementation for each step, focusing only on what’s needed to move someone forward.

  • Design Your Course Container

Design a student container that supports completion, fits your capacity and takes into account sales tax implications.

  • Create Your Lesson Slides and Record

Translate your curriculum into simple lesson slides and record your content without overcomplicating the process.

  • Price, Host and Sell Your Course

Make decisions around pricing, choose where to host your course, and create a clear sales page.

How You’ll Be Supported

Here’s how you’ll be supported as you build and publish your tiny course

  • Tiny Course Framework

A 6-step process that moves you from idea to a published course without getting lost in everything you could include.

  • Welcome & Briefing Call

We begin with a live call where you’ll get clear on the process and what to prioritise over the first two weeks. `

    April 8th, 2026 @ 10pm Madrid

  • Course Outline Review

Submit your course outline for personalised feedback from Dani to set your direction before moving forward.

  • Peer Discussion Space

A space within each lesson to share your progress and see how others are shaping their courses as they go.

Create a Tiny Course is for you if:

  • Your income is tied to your time, and you’re ready to create something that doesn’t rely on you being there for every client interaction

  • You’ve been thinking about creating a course for a while, but it’s felt too big, too messy, or hard to know where to start

  • You tend to include too much when you teach, and you’re ready to simplify things so people can actually follow through and get results

  • You want a way to support more people and create an accessible entry point into your work, without needing to add more calls to your schedule.

  • You want a clear, grounded process you can follow so this actually gets finished and out into the world.
