Over 8 weeks, we'll build the foundational pieces of your Quiet Marketing Ecosystem around your primary offering — creating new channels for people to discover your work as we go.

This is done-with-you work. I'll create your initial content assets, offer messaging refinements, and guide you through each phase so you know exactly how to maintain and build on this foundation after our work is complete.

 

Here's how we'll build your passive marketing ecosystem:

We meet weekly for focused sessions. Between sessions, I go away and create the documents, copy, or content we discussed. You review what I've created, we refine it together in our next session, then move to the next piece.

  • Phase 1: Foundation

    In this phase, we refine your messaging so that when people discover you, your offering sells itself — without you having to convince people to buy.

  • Phase 2: Discoverability

    In this phase, we’ll surface your thought leadership perspectives, which we’ll then shape into evergreen content assets that people will discover your work by.

  • Phase 3: Filtering

    Conventional marketing says build your list quickly with freebies. I say filter for genuine interest by having a paid on-ramp offer — and grow your list with the right people.

Session Breakdown:

  • Session 1 (90 min):

    We begin with a deep conversation about your primary offering — who it serves, the transformation it creates, what makes your approach distinct.

    • Between sessions: I'll shape what emerges into your messaging document and refined sales page copy — which will be emailed to you prior to our next session.

    Session 2 (60 min):

    • We review and refine your messaging and sales page together.

  • Session 3 (60 min):

    I'll draw out your thought leadership perspectives — your lived experience, unique insights, and point of view. These will form the backbone of your foundational discoverable content.

    • Between sessions: I will draft three blog articles based on what we've surfaced, suggest titles, and provide SEO descriptions. All ready for you to fine-tune and then publish!

    Session 4 (60 min):

    We review the blog articles I've created and clarify the process so you can create three more.

    • Between sessions: You write three blog articles based on the same thought leadership foundation.

    Session 5 (60 min):

    We review your articles and identify four YouTube video topics.

    • Between sessions: You create and publish four 5-10 minute videos.

    Session 6 (60 min):

    • We discuss video optimisation and discoverability strategies.

  • Session 7 (60 min):

    We discuss your list-building strategy, how you’ll filter for genuine interest and decide on whether to use an existing offer, convert a freebie, or create something new like an on-demand workshop.

    • Between sessions: I craft an on-ramp offer concept that aligns to your ecosystem.

    Session 8 (60 min):

    • We'll establish your ecosystem maintenance plan, and discuss how to keep building on this foundation.

  • Session 9 (60-min):

    • We’ll meet a month later to review your progress, answer any questions you have and identify where to channel your attention for the next four weeks.

    Session 10 (60-min):

    • In our final session a month later we’ll review your entire ecosystem, identify refinements, and spot expansion opportunities.
