Lunch in Thirlmere, southwest of Sydney
Join me for lunch at the picturesque grounds of Ivy Greenhouse in Thirlmere, about an hour southwest of Sydney — on the edge of the Southern Highlands. The Ivy Greenhouse is home to The Ivy Institute, and was founded by Nadine Brown, one of my tiny course students.
Itinerary for this gathering:
11:00am Welcome morning tea, introductions and a short discourse on what I am calling ‘quiet expansion’.
12:00pm Let’s play Petanque! It’s easy to play and a bunch of fun.
1:00pm Sit down vegetarian lunch of salads, curry, condiments, bread, rosemary water, and wine from local vineyards.
2:30pm Final words and closing
