Thank you for your interest in my offerings. Each purchase comes with certain terms you'll want to be familiar with.

These terms have been carefully crafted to:

  • Slow down the act of purchasing

  • Facilitate mindfulness and self-responsibility for actions taken at the checkout

  • Ensure clarity around what's included and what to expect

Proceeding with your purchase means you're ready to embrace these terms, binding us in a mutual agreement. Should you find yourself with questions or in need of clarity, submit your question here.

    Purchases Are Final (if in doubt, don't buy!)

    Please read each sales page mindfully to avoid any misunderstandings about what is being covered and what is included.

    There are no refunds or reimbursements for any reason, so please take your time at the checkout and consider your purchase carefully.

    Payment Plans

    • Where you purchase via a payment plan, you understand that you are responsible for completing your payments until the entire amount has been paid — even if you decide to cease participating in the offering.

    • Your payments are due on the same day of the month as when you first enrolled.

    • Please ensure that funds are available a few days before your payment date to avoid any issues with payment processing.

    • If your payment fails, you will immediately receive an email from Stripe, giving you the opportunity to correct the situation.

    • A second attempt will be made 48-hours later. If this also fails, your payment plan will be cancelled, and access to your course or program will be paused until you are able to settle the remaining amount in full.

    This policy is in place to minimise the time-consuming process of chasing up failed payments.

    Course Access Duration

    • Course access duration is clearly stated on each sales page and varies by course. Please review the specific access period before purchasing.

    • If a course is going to be replaced or removed from Thinkific, you will be given advance notice and the option to download the course material where possible.

    Early Enrolment Pricing

    • Early enrolment pricing (when offered) cannot be backdated for any reason. This is another good reason to read my sales pages slowly and mindfully, and to note down when early pricing ends so you don't miss out.

    7-day Replays

    • If your purchase includes a 7-day replay, the watch link you are given will expire in seven days from the day you receive it. These replays are not downloadable.

    Program Overview

    Build Your Quiet Marketing Ecosystem ("QME" or "the Program") is a comprehensive course designed to help established service providers create sustainable marketing systems that work quietly in the background.

    Program Structure & Schedule

    Support Schedule: Tuesdays and Thursdays during program access period

    Holiday Break: Support paused from 14th December to 5th January

    Platform: Thinkific course portal

    What's Included

    All Participants Receive:

    • Complete Build Your Quiet Marketing Ecosystem curriculum

    • 3 live group clinics with Dani (scheduled during program period)

    • One-time messaging document feedback submission

    • Access to AI Guides for implementation support

    • Peer hub for interaction with other participants

    • Program portal support on Tuesdays and Thursdays

    Messaging Document Submission

    Submission Guidelines:

    • One submission opportunity only - ensure your work is complete before submitting

    • Submit your completed Messaging Document (Steps 1-5 of OTST) as a PDF

    • You are submitting your Messaging Document, not your Sales Page (Step 6)

    • Feedback is provided as a one-time review only - no back-and-forth or resubmission allowed

    • Submit by Wednesday to ensure timely feedback (reviews conducted Thursday mornings, Spanish time)

    Live Group Clinics

    Clinic Details:

    • 3 live group sessions with Dani scheduled during program period

    • Specific dates and times are on the sales page and made available in the program portal

    • All clinics are recorded for later access

    • Attendance is encouraged but not mandatory

    Support & Community Guidelines

    Program Portal Support:

    • Available Tuesdays and Thursdays

    • Use for technical questions, clarifications, and guidance

    • Response within 48 hours during support days

    • Support paused during holiday break (14th December - 5th January)

    Peer Hub:

    • Connect and collaborate with fellow participants

    • Share insights, ask questions, and provide mutual support

    • Maintain professional and respectful interactions

    • Confidentiality of other participants' business information required

    AI Guides:

    • Access to implementation-focused AI tools

    • Available throughout program access period

    • Designed to supplement course content and accelerate implementation

    • Misuse of AI Guides, including attempts to extract intellectual property, will result in immediate removal from the program without refund

    Access Duration

    • Participants receive 6 months of access to the program from their enrolment date. Your access includes all course materials, recorded clinic sessions, and AI Guides for this 6-month period.

    Attendance Policies

    • Live Clinics: All sessions are recorded. No makeup sessions are provided for missed clinics.

    • Support Availability: Support is provided only during designated days (Tuesdays and Thursdays) and is paused during the specified holiday period.

    Program Completion

    • The program includes self-paced learning with scheduled live elements. You are responsible for completing coursework within your access period and making use of available support during designated times.

    Quiet Marketing Mastermind

    Program Overview

    • The Quiet Marketing Mastermind ("QMM" or "the Program") is a 6-month intimate mastermind for established service providers, delivered from September 4th, 2025 to February 25th, 2026.

    Program Structure & Schedule

    • Welcome Call: Wednesday, September 4th, 2025

    • Bi-monthly Calls: 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month at either 11am or 6pm Madrid time (90 minutes each)

    • Integration Month: No live calls in December 2025. Dani will be available in the community space on Wednesdays for support.

    • Final Call: February 25th, 2026

    • Call Platform: Zoom (all calls are recorded)

    • Group Size: Maximum 6 participants per time slot

    What's Included

    All Participants Receive:

    • 1:1 Business Ecosystem Audit (90 minutes) - scheduled after enrollment

    • Bi-monthly mastermind gatherings (September through February, excluding December)

    • 3 × 30-minute on-demand private Batline calls (schedule via provided link; if no availability, email for same-week accommodation)

    • Private Thinkific community space with weekly reflection prompts

    • Access to "Build your Quiet Marketing Ecosystem" and "Create a Tiny Course" curricula until February 28th, 2026

    • All call recordings (automatically distributed after each call if subscribed to Google Calendar)

    Payment Schedule & Important Information

    • When Payments Are Charged: Monthly installments are automatically charged on the same date you enrolled (±1-2 days). For example, if you enrolled on the 15th, your payments will be charged around the 15th of each subsequent month.

    • Your Responsibility: Ensure sufficient funds are available in your account on your payment date.

    • Failed Payments: More than 2 failed payments during the program period will require immediate payment of the remaining balance in full. Program access will be suspended until payment is complete.

    Community Guidelines

    Thinkific Community Space:

    • Share thoughtfully and respectfully

    • Bring your thinking and possible solutions alongside your questions - this creates richer discussions for everyone

    • Maintain confidentiality of other members' business details

    • Use the space for questions, weekly reflections, and peer support

    • No spam, promotional content, or off-topic discussions

    • Dani responds on Wednesdays

    Attendance & Access Policies

    • Missed Calls: All calls are recorded and automatically distributed if you've subscribed to the Google Calendar. No makeup calls are provided.

    • Resource Access: Your access to courses and call recordings ends on February 28th, 2026.

    • Program Completion: The program concludes on February 25th, 2026. No extensions are available.

    Termination Policy

    • Early Withdrawal: The program is non-refundable. If you choose to leave early, you remain responsible for all remaining monthly payments.

    • Exceptional Circumstances: In cases of genuine hardship (medical, family emergency), requests for early termination may be considered at Dani's sole discretion. A termination fee of 50% of remaining payments will apply if approved.

    Your Responsibilities

    • Attend calls when possible (recordings available if you can't)

    • Engage respectfully in the community space

    • Maintain confidentiality of other participants

    • Come prepared to contribute to group discussions

    • Complete your 1:1 Business Ecosystem Audit within 30 days of enrollment

    QMM Quick Reference (TL;DR)

    • Duration: September 4th, 2025 - February 25th, 2026 (6 months)

    • Calls: 2nd & 4th Wednesdays, 11am or 6pm Madrid time (no calls in December)

    • Includes: 1:1 audit, bi-monthly group calls, 3 private batline calls, community access, course materials

    • Payment: 6 monthly installments on your enrollment date

    • Access Ends: February 28th, 2026

    • Key Rules: Non-refundable, maintain confidentiality, personal use only

    Intellectual Property

    • All materials, frameworks, content, and resources provided through any course, program, or service remain the intellectual property of Danielle Gardner.

    • You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use these materials for your own business purposes only. You may not share, distribute, resell, or reproduce any materials without written permission.

    Limitation of Liability

    • Business Results: Results are not guaranteed. Your business outcomes depend on your individual effort, market conditions, and implementation of the guidance provided. Danielle Gardner is not liable for your business results, decisions, or actions taken based on program content.

    • Personal Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your business, marketing, financial decisions, and any outcomes resulting from your participation in any course, program, or service.

    • Liability Limitation: Danielle Gardner's total liability for any claims arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific course, program, or service.

    Privacy and Data Protection

    • Data Collection: We collect personal information necessary to deliver our services, including name, email address, payment information, and any information you provide in community spaces or during calls.

    • Data Use: Your information is used to deliver the services you've purchased, provide customer support, and send you relevant updates about our offerings and services.

    • Data Retention: Personal data is retained for as long as necessary to provide services and for legitimate business purposes, in accordance with applicable law.

    • Third-Party Services: We use third-party services (Stripe for payments, Thinkific for courses, Zoom for calls) which have their own privacy policies.

    • Your Rights: You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. Contact support@danigardner.com for data requests.

    • Marketing Communications: By purchasing, you consent to receive relevant marketing communications. You may unsubscribe at any time.

    Governing Law

    • These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your purchase will be resolved in the courts of Spain.
