Terms Of Purchase

Thank you for your interest in my offerings. Each purchase comes with certain terms you’ll want to be familiar with. These terms have been carefully crafted to:

  • Slow down the act of purchasing

  • Facilitate mindfulness and self-responsibility at the checkout

  • Ensure clarity around what is included and what to expect

Proceeding with your purchase means you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you have questions, you are responsible for asking them before completing your purchase.

    Purchases Are Final (if in doubt, don't buy!)

    All purchases are final.

    There are no refunds or reimbursements for any reason. Please read each sales page carefully and take full responsibility for your decision before completing checkout.

    Payment Plans & Billing Management

    If you select a payment plan for any offering, you are responsible for completing all instalments until the full amount has been paid — even if you decide to stop participating.

    Your instalments are charged on the same date each month as your original purchase date. Immediately after purchase, you will receive an invoice from Thrivecart. This invoice includes:

    • Your full payment schedule

    • The date of your next instalment

    • A link to update your card details

    • A link to view your purchase history

    It is your responsibility to:

    • Ensure sufficient funds are available before your payment date

    • Keep your billing details up to date

    • Refer to your invoice for all payment information

    VAT & Sales Tax

    • If you are located within the European Union and do not provide a valid EU VAT number at checkout, Spanish VAT ( 21%) will be charged in accordance with the law.

    • If you enter a valid EU VAT number at checkout, VAT will be reverse charged automatically (i.e. no VAT will be payable).

    • If you believe VAT has been charged in error despite providing a valid VAT number, you may contact support.

    Early Payout of Payment Plans

    Early payout of your remaining balance is available upon request. If you wish to settle your remaining instalments early, a separate invoice will be issued for the outstanding balance. Once paid in full, any future scheduled instalments will be cancelled.

    Failed Payments

    If a payment attempt fails, you will receive an automatic email notification from Stripe with instructions to update your details. A second attempt will be made 48 hours later.

    If the second attempt fails:

    • Access to all of your course and program purchases will be paused immediately

    • You will be required to settle the remaining balance in full before access is restored

    • Once the remaining balance has been paid in full, your existing payment plan will be cancelled

    Repeated payment failures may result in permanent removal from current and future offerings.

    This policy exists to protect the integrity of my offerings and minimise administrative time spent chasing unpaid balances.

    Build Your Quiet Marketing Ecosystem (Program-Specific Terms)

    Build Your Quiet Marketing Ecosystem is a structured program delivered via the Thinkific portal.

    Access Duration

    • You receive 6 months of access from your purchase date

    • Your purchase date is confirmed on your emailed Thrivecart invoice

    • Access includes all materials and support available within the program during that period

    The specific structure, inclusions, live elements, and implementation details are outlined on the sales page and inside the program portal at the time of purchase.

    Intellectual Property

    All materials, frameworks, Implementation Assistants, templates, and resources provided through any offering remain the intellectual property of Danielle Gardner.

    Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own business.

    You may not share, distribute, reproduce, resell, or attempt to extract proprietary content from any offering or Implementation Assistant. Misuse of materials or Implementation Assistants may result in immediate removal without refund.

    Limitation of Liability

    Results are not guaranteed.

    Your business outcomes depend on your effort, implementation, and external factors beyond my control.

    Danielle Gardner’s total liability for any claim relating to your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the specific offering.

    You are solely responsible for your business decisions, financial choices, and implementation of any material provided.

    Privacy & Data Protection

    We collect personal information necessary to deliver services, including your name, email address, payment details, and any information you share within program spaces.

    Your data is used to:

    • Deliver purchased services

    • Provide support

    • Send relevant updates

    We use third-party services including Stripe (payments), Thinkific (course delivery), and Zoom (calls), each governed by their own privacy policies.

    You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data through this contact form.

    Governing Law

    These terms are governed by Spanish law.

    Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Spain.
