Terms Of Purchase

Thank you for your interest in my offerings. Each purchase comes with certain terms you’ll want to be familiar with. These terms have been carefully crafted to:

  • Slow down the act of purchasing

  • Facilitate mindfulness and self-responsibility at the checkout

  • Ensure clarity around what is included and what to expect

Proceeding with your purchase means you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you have questions, you are responsible for asking them before completing your purchase.

    Purchases Are Final (if in doubt, don't buy!)

    All purchases are final.

    There are no refunds or reimbursements for any reason. Please read each sales page carefully and take full responsibility for your decision before completing checkout.

    Sales Tax (VAT)

    VAT (Value Added Tax) is the European equivalent of sales tax. As a Spanish business, I'm legally required to charge VAT on certain transactions, depending on where you're based and whether you provide a VAT number. Your tax treatment is determined by the billing address you enter at checkout.

    • Spain and the EU — Spanish VAT (IVA) of 21% applies. EU businesses outside Spain with a valid EU VAT number can enter it at checkout for the reverse charge to apply, in which case no VAT is payable.

    • United Kingdom — No VAT is charged. If you're a UK business, please enter your GB VAT number at checkout so your invoice reflects the reverse charge for your records.

    • Outside the EU and UK (e.g. USA, Australia, Canada) — No VAT is charged.

    Payments Defaults

    If you have entered a payment plan and your payment attempt fails, you will receive an automatic email notification from Stripe with instructions to update your details. A second attempt will be made 48 hours later.

    If the second attempt fails:

    • Access to all of your course and program purchases will be paused immediately

    • You will be required to settle the remaining balance in full before access is restored

    • Once the remaining balance has been paid in full, your existing payment plan will be cancelled

    • Any unpaid balances will be escalated to collection agencies or the European Small Claims Procedure where applicable, and interest on balances charged.

    Repeated payment failures may result in permanent removal from current and future offerings.

    This policy exists to protect the integrity of my offerings and minimise administrative time spent chasing unpaid balances.

    Intellectual Property

    All materials, frameworks, Implementation Assistants, templates, and resources provided through any offering remain the intellectual property of Danielle Gardner.

    Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own business.

    You may not share, distribute, reproduce, resell, or attempt to extract proprietary content from any offering or Implementation Assistant. Misuse of materials or Implementation Assistants may result in immediate removal without refund.

    Limitation of Liability

    Results are not guaranteed.

    Your business outcomes depend on your effort, implementation, and external factors beyond my control.

    Danielle Gardner’s total liability for any claim relating to your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the specific offering.

    You are solely responsible for your business decisions, financial choices, and implementation of any material provided.

    Privacy & Data Protection

    We collect personal information necessary to deliver services, including your name, email address, payment details, and any information you share within program spaces.

    Your data is used to:

    • Deliver purchased services

    • Provide support

    • Send relevant updates

    We use third-party services including Stripe (payments), Thinkific (course delivery), and Zoom (calls), each governed by their own privacy policies.

    You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data through this contact form.

    Governing Law

    These terms are governed by Spanish law.

    Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Spain.
